Shipping Policy for Physical Products

All orders are created after order submission. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Order confirmations are emailed after purchases are completed. Upon completion of order processing & shipping, the tracking information will be sent to the email you provide during check-out. 

PLEASE NOTE: Items may take longer due to holidays, bad weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Joy Write Now is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, damaged, or stolen items. However, please remember your items may be tracked using the tracking information we sent to the email you provided at check-out or account creation.

After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take up to 5 business days, Express orders can still take up to 3 business days, and Rush orders can still take up to 1 business day to process. This estimate does not include weekends or holidays. 

In-Transit begins when your order has been shipped and does not include standard processing time applicable to the shipping method selected at the time of checkout. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays. For information on anticipated delivery (inclusive of processing and transit times), please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Joy Write Now is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes or any other charges.

Shipping Policy for Personalized Orders with Proofs

Personalized orders are created only after the FINAL approval of the design when proofs are specified in the product description. Proofs will be emailed within 48 hours of order submission. Please review and respond within 48 hours to approve the design.

Customers are allowed two (2) proof revisions at no charge. Any additional revisions will incur a $25 fee per revision, which must be paid in advance before proceeding.

Joy Write Now is not responsible for low-quality images (under 300dpi) or spelling and grammar errors submitted by the customer. Please review all proofs carefully. Any errors caused by Joy Write Now will be corrected at no additional charge. 

Once final approval is received, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Order confirmations will be emailed upon purchase, and tracking details will be sent once the order has shipped.

As our products are digital and downloadable, there is no physical shipping involved. Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive instant access to download the digital product(s) directly from our website or through the provided download link in your confirmation email.

Digital products are typically available for download immediately after the purchase transaction has been successfully processed. In some cases, such as pre-orders or products with specific release dates, access to the digital files may be granted at a later time, as specified during the checkout process.

3. Accessing Your Digital Purchase:

After completing your purchase, you will receive instructions on how to access and download your digital product(s). This may include logging into your account on our website, accessing a unique download link provided in your confirmation email, or following specific instructions provided on the product page.
